Sudoku

This was another wall hanging done thru our Loose Threads quilt club and was rather fun. Take 9 fabrics, assign each a number, then position them according to an actual Sudoku answer key and you have a cool wallhanging. This one received 1st place at the Coastal Carolina Fair in 2007.

Vases

This vases wallhanging was done through our Loose Threads quilt club and was very fun to make. However, I cheated a bit and did my applique by iron-on and not the traditional way. I had too many irons in the fire when I did this one and did it the 'quick' way. Besides, it is a wallhanging and didn't really need all the hand applique work. :) It won 1st place at the Coastal Carolina Fair, 2007.

Vintage Sampler

My first sampler quilt done thru our Vintage Quilt Club from vintage reproduction fabrics. I slightly altered mine from the original pattern, but am quite pleased with how it turned out. I even quilted this one myself. Fun, Fun. It got 2nd place at the Coastal Carolina Fair, 2008.
