Dear Jane

What a fabulous quilt. Dear Jane, recreated by Brenda Papadakis. An original quilt by Jane A. Stickle, "In War Time, 1863". I am beginning my journey to make this quilt. 169 different squares and 54 different pieced triangles and 4 different corners. This will take a while and will be quite a journey to accomplish..... You would be surprised to know the number of women Around The World, who, not only have made this quilt, but made it more than once. It can be quite addictive.

Stars

Another fun pattern from the Strip Happy Jelly Roll Pattern Book. This star pattern was shown in rustic colors but as soon as I saw it I imagined it done in Red, White and Black. I am quite pleased with the results. Just have to bind it and it will be complete.

Hexagons Galore

A cute Hexagon pattern for a baby blanket, using the
Wee Play fabric jelly roll. A very interesting
pattern to make. It is for an adorable baby
boy born in January to Mary Hoffman and her husband.
